Payment Processing

Free Trial
If you have signed up for a free trial, it must be canceled prior to the end of the trial period to avoid being charged. Failure to cancel before the trial period ends will result in automatic enrollment in a paid subscription plan.
Subscription Cancellation
Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations made after the billing date will not be processed until the following billing cycle. We do not pro-rate partial month usage.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

You agree to use ListingWizard.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so.
Intellectual Property
ListingWizard.ai and its content are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The content you generate using our service belongs to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListingWizard.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
